WE’VE TEAMED UP WITH RHYL 1879 FC TO offer BELLE VUE as the perfect venue for your scaly safari party.
Although they’re meant to be fun and enjoyable for all, birthday parties can be a real headache to organise (we have kids…we know!).
We’ve teamed up with Rhyl 1879 FC to bring you the ultimate Scaly Safari Party - with minimal organisation for you, and plenty of the WOW factor for your child and their guests.
EXCLUSIVE HIRE OF THE BELLE VUE SUITE
Situated in the historic grounds of Belle Vue Stadium (the home of Rhyl 1879 FC), the suite is self-contained, and has everything you need for your Party Safari to go smoothly.
Easy to find in the heart of Rhyl (and with plenty of parking), your booking will include exclusive hire of the suite for one and a half hours.
AN INTERACTIVE SESSION WITH OUR SCALY SAFARI CREW
From Dolly - our adorable tenrec - to Stretch - our impressive 7ft boa constrictor, your child and their guests will have the opportunity to get up-close-and-personal with our incredible exotic animals. Lasting around 50 minutes, the Safari Session allows participants to interact with our creatures, and you can take as many photos as you like.
REPTILE-THEMED PARTY TABLE
As soon as your Safari Session has finished, your guests can take a seat at a reptile-themed table - ready-prepared with paper plates, cups, straws, and tablecloths. All you need to provide is your own catering (we recommend a simple spread of sandwiches, crisps, and a bottle fizzy drink). We’ll also provide you with reptile-themed paper bags for you to put your own favours in, and/or a slice of cake.
A SCALY SAFARI PARTY AT BELLE VUE IS £275.
HERE’S WHAT’S INCLUDED:
~ Exclusive hire of the Belle Vue Suite (for a total of 1.5 hours)
~ 50 Minute Scaly Safari Session (for up to 12 children)
~ Room decorated in reptile theme (banners, table cloths)
~ Reptile-themed paper plates, cups, and straws
~ Reptile-themed paper bags (fill with your own favours, and/or slice of cake)
WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED:
~ Catering. We’ll supply the plates, cups and straws, but you’ll need to bring the food (we recommend something simple like sandwiches, crisps, and fizzy drink)
~ Party favours. We supply reptile-themed paper party bags for you to use for party favours and/or a slice of cake
~ Birthday cake. Feel free to bring your own, or we have a reptile-themed chocolate cake available for an additional cost (see below)
