You can Borrow Our Boa for any occasion (and we know for sure he won’t disappoint!).
HOW IT WORKS, AND WHAT IT COSTS
We’ll bring Stretch for your chosen venue, on the day of your choice.
The cost is £75 per hour, which includes our supervision (don’t worry - there will be two of us staying with him the whole time). Need more or less than one hour? Drop us a message and we can tailor the experience to your requirements.
This price applies to a 10-mile radius from Rhyl, and an extra £2.50 will be added per mile beyond that.
Stretch can be handled (under our supervision), and you can take as many photos of him as you like (he’s great at posing).
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE
Stretch’s welfare is our #1 priority, and we will never compromise on that.
If he shows any signs of illness or distress - either before or during your event - we reserve the right to withdraw his attendance. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel due to these reasons, we’ll provide you with a full refund (with all other cancellations being non-refundable).
Please remember that Stretch is a BIG boy, and extremely heavy. To avoid injury (both to Stretch and the humans around him), all handling will be under our direct supervision. We reserve the right to refuse handling when we think there is a risk to Stretch or the person handling.
Handling Stretch is NOT permitted after consuming alcohol, along with smoking/vaping near him.
All handlers will need to wash their hands in hot soapy water both before and after touching Stretch.
Although we hold public liability insurance, it is not our responsibility to make sure that your venue will permit having a large snake on the premises. Please do check before booking to avoid any issues.
Above all: please remember that Stretch is a large animal, and although he is well-accustomed to being handled, there is always a chance he can behave in a way that is unpredictable. Handling Stretch is at the person’s own risk, and Scaly Safari Co. can’t be held responsible for any injury or illness caused as a result of handling Stretch.
