BEFORE YOUR PARTY SAFARI

• We will need access to the venue at least 30 minutes before the official start time. Please ensure there is a parking space for us as close to the front of the venue as possible.

• Please note that we’ll need access to electricity sockets for both the Scaly Safari table/PhotoCave and the bouncy castle.

DURING YOUR PARTY SAFARI

• To make sure the animals don’t get startled, we would appreciate your assistance in keeping balloon-popping to a minimum.

• Our PhotoCave will be accessible throughout the Safari, along with a selection of fancy dress props. Feel free to ask us for photos with the animals at any time.

• Hand gel will be available throughout the Safari.

AFTER YOUR PARTY SAFARI

• Please ensure your guests wash their hands with warm soapy water before and after handling the animals.

• As soon as possible, we’ll provide you with a link to a password-protected page with the photos we took inside the PhotoCave. You are free to download and share these images as much as you like.

BOUNCY CASTLE/SOFT PLAY

• For your convenience, we have organised your booking through Tiny Tots Inflatables. The bouncy castle and soft play are subject to Tiny Tots Inflatables terms & conditions (which can be found here). Scaly Safari Co. are not responsible or liable for usage of the bouncy castle and/or soft play.
